MilanIQ is intended only for individuals aged 18 years or above. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Purpose of MilanIQ
MilanIQ is a compatibility-based matchmaking and introduction service. Information provided by users may be used to assess potential compatibility and facilitate introductions where appropriate.
4. User Information & Responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is accurate and not intentionally misleading. You are responsible for your interactions with other users and for deciding whether, when and how to communicate, share additional information or meet another person.
5. Compatibility & Matches
Compatibility assessments and suggested matches are intended only as matchmaking aids. MilanIQ does not guarantee compatibility, personal chemistry, relationship success, marriage or any particular outcome.
6. Mutual Interest & Introductions
An introduction may proceed when the required mutual interest has been recorded. MilanIQ may facilitate communication or an introduction according to its current matching process.
7. Contact Sharing & Consent
Contact details are not intended to be automatically shared with a potential match. Where contact sharing is facilitated, details will be shared according to the consent provided by the individuals involved.
8. Safety & User Conduct
Users should exercise appropriate caution when communicating with or meeting another person. You must not use MilanIQ for harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, or to misuse another person's information.
9. No Identity or Background Guarantee
Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular feature, MilanIQ does not guarantee that a user's identity, background, employment, financial information, marital status, or other information has been independently verified.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Service Availability & Changes
MilanIQ may modify, suspend, add or discontinue features as the service develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
12. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MilanIQ is not responsible for decisions, communications, meetings, relationships, disputes, losses or conduct arising from interactions between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

MilanIQ may restrict or discontinue access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the service has been misused, or action is necessary to protect users or the service.

These Terms may be updated as MilanIQ develops. The latest version will be posted on this page.
15. Early Access and Future Fees
MilanIQ is currently offered at no charge during its Early Access pilot period. No payment is required for services offered as part of the current pilot.
MilanIQ may introduce paid features or fees in the future. Any applicable charges and related terms will be clearly communicated to users before they choose to purchase or use a paid service.
